I run a group of 4 companies employing 70 full time staff and hundreds of part time workers inevitably we have HR issues that arise from time to time. We use exclusively Arran Elkeles from Kelear Consulting because the advice we get is both concise on what our position is and clear on what we need to do. Arran has the ability to guide us through the ever changing maze of employment legislation so that we are able to make firm decisions on employment issues without worrying that we might put a foot wrong. Arran has both the professional legal mind to understand the legislation and the vast experience of sitting on employment tribunals to give practical advice. I would only recommend a couple of business advisors to other companies and Arran would be one of them.
